We, the undersigned, hereby certify that, at a council convened at the call of the
Youngblood Baptist Church, at Nortonville, Ill.,
and after satisfactory examination in regard to his Christian experience, call to the ministry and views of Bible
Doctrine, we solemnly and publicly set apart and ordained
