I am actively seeking any data on the Beauchamp (Beecham)Family of Morgan and Cass Counties, Illinois. My ancestor was Esther "Melvina" (Beauchamp) Kuhlman Hess (1844-1882)of Morgan County, who was a daughter of Samuel Beauchamp and Esther Robins Bunce Beauchamp, who apparently died young. They are closely related to the Burrus and Turnham families. Thanks.

I recently found information that indicates Catherine Rebecca Murry was the wife of D S Wolfkill of Waverly, Morgan Co IL. I'm curious if this might be David S Wolfkill of PA. This information was extracted from an 1880 History of Christian Co IL published by Brink, McDonough & Co. I would be VERY interested in ANY Wolfkills who may have lived in Morgan Co IL.

I see someone listed on the 1860 Morgan County Census residing in the Poorhouse. Does anyone know if there was an affiliated cemetery that the Poorhouse folks were buried in? I would certainly like to know. THANK YOU! This man was listed as age 68, Isaac Vancil, born in VA. The family says he died in Morgan Co., I do not see him there YET in any cemetery records.
